Collection: Light of Legacy

In partnership with the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund, JEM Merchandising Ltd. proudly presents Light of Legacy, a powerful campaign commemorating the vital contributions of Caribbean RAF personnel. These brave men and women, hailing from across the Commonwealth, played a pivotal role in shaping British society through their courage and cultural influence.

In 2023, hundreds gathered at St. Clement Danes Church for the funeral of Flt Sgt Peter Brown, a World War II airman from Jamaica and one of the last surviving "Pilots of the Caribbean." To honour his legacy, and that of all those who served under the British flag, Light of Legacy launches with an exclusive collection of merchandise, beginning with the beautifully crafted remembrance candle to mark the RAFBF’s 105th anniversary. This candle will be the centrepiece of a live-streamed event, inviting the public to honour these heroes from home or at designated locations across the UK.

The Pilots of the Caribbean exclusive collection includes clothing, gift items, and technology pieces, offering collectors, history enthusiasts, and music lovers a unique way to connect with this legacy. As part of the roadmap, highly anticipated gold and silver commemorative coins will soon be launched, featuring iconic figures and aircraft from this era.
